Gizmos Nepal the sole distributor of India-based Datawind electronics is set to introduce the Ubislate 7+ tablet PC in the market. The device is an upgraded version of the world's cheapest tablet Aakash, which was unveiled in India last October. It will be launched in Nepal with in next two months. The tablet is expected to come with a price tag of Rs 6,000.For promo the device is being displayed at CAN Info tech that is happening in Bhrikutimandap, Kathmandu.
The Ubislate 7+ runs on Android 2.3 operating system and is powered by HD video co-processor. It comes laden with features such as full-size USB port, core graphics accelerator, 180 minute battery backup and memory expandable up to 32 GB through a micro SD card. Beside that it also support GPRS, WiFi and optional 3G modems and comes preloaded with social media applications such as Nimbuzz.
Gizmos Nepal will offer a one-year warranty on the product.
