Have you already create a Feedburner Email Subscription account for your blog. If not then create Feedburner Email Subscription account. After you create an account whenever someone subscribe to your blog then new post will automatically delivered to their mail address.It will show full post on their mail. Add Read More Link On The Email Subscription

• Login to your Feedburner account.
• Select the Feed Tile of your blog.
• Then go to Optimize and select Summary Burner as shown in picture below. 

• On the Summary Burner box type the maximum length you want to show on the subscriber email and on tease type "Read More" or "Continue Reading" or anything you as you want.

• Hit Save button and your are done.
