While commenting on other blog first write a comment and when you need to insert a link on the comment then simply add the code provided below on the comment.

Replace http://www.gulmiresunga.com with your blog URL or any other link you want to leave and Technology Blog with the Title which you want to show on the comment. See below picture for more clarity.
