On the first part of LOOT we saw a Saugat Malla (Haku Kale) make a plan to rob a bank, so he search a four guys Gofle (Dayahang Rai), Nare (Karma Shakya), Khatri (Prateek raj Neupane) and Pandey (Sushil Raj Pandey) to accompany with his plan. But on the climax it's revealed that Saugat Malla (Haku Kale) double crossed the four guys and ran with the money with other guys. The four guys were jailed for 4 years and the LOOT 2 story starts from here.
