Rudane is based on the biopic of Rup Chandra Bista who is a well-known figure in Nepali Politics. He died at the age of 66. Rudane has been shot in locations around Makwanpur, Chitwan, and Kathmandu. Divya Dev is playing as the Rup Chandra Bista and Namrata Shrestha is playing as his Wife in the movie.
